I dont really know why im writing this, im pretty sure absolutely no one ever properly reads my journal and it really isnt that exciting, i just like the idea of immortalising my unimportant news forever on the world wide web However, something exciting has happened to me in the last couple of weeks. Im sure everyone knows about the ash and like thousands of others i was stuck abroad but not in france or anywhere like that I was stuck in iceland, right at the gates to hell So maybe im over exaggerating but iceland was incredible, i did see a lot of ash, it did absolutely reek of sulpher and the plane have a few nice seconds of freefall on

I got back from the beautiful city of Bruges on sunday night. It is such a beautiful place full of all these odd buildings and beautiful views- so i took lots of photos. Sorry if they all look the same... but i like them so im not that bothered. Im trying to think what has happened since i last updated my journal... And Then You Blink- the musical me and my friend ollie have written is underway. We are into our third week of rehearsals, i literally just got back from my own singing session so i feel exhausted and a bit humiliated given my singing is...average at best really. Today is Valentines day- i have absolutely no plans. I've been doing mainly art coursework so i though this felt like a good time to update my journal. I have exactly 7 weeks until my final big art exam- fantastic. Everyone seems to know what they are doing and i can't explain what i want to do even to myself. My family have all gone to Eygypt without me which was nice of them- kindly leaving me behind so i could do coursework. I have had a pretty good weekend spent with the lovely Harri amongst others. Tomorrow is monday and as my friend is going away we are celebrating pancake tuesday a day early. So tomorrow is officially pancake monday- f
